Q2.  Will the games be home delivered to us?

All the games will be delivered to your home or office, as per your convenience. This is the only mode of delivery and games cannot be picked up from our office or any other location.

Q3. How do I order/change a game?

Ordering a game is very easy. You just need to log in to your account on www.gamerdreamz.com and select the game from the Games Available list. That’s it! The game will be delivered to you the following day.

Q4. How many games can we rent at a time? Can we rent 2 games at a time?

Currently, only one game can be rented by the member at a time. However, the game can be changed any number of times .

At the moment we don’t have any plan in which 2 games can be rented, but we will be coming up with such a plan very soon.

Q5. Is there a fixed time in the day at which the game will be delivered?

We at GamerDreamz try our level best to deliver the game to you as soon as possible. However, it is usually difficult to specify a fixed time for delivery. This is because our delivery boys draw out a route everyday and and this varies from day to day. 

Q6. What if the game I want to order is not available?

In such a case, you can notify us about the game you want, and it will then be added to your wishlist. As soon as the game becomes available, we will inform you of the same.

Q7. If I discontinue my subscription in the middle of the month, can the remaining period be adjusted in future?

You are free to unsuscribe at any point. However, the fee for the remaining period cannot be adjusted in future and must be forfeited.

Q8. For how long may we keep a game?

There is no fixed time limit within which you have to return the game. However,if a game is in very high demand and you have kept it for over a week, we may ask you to exchange it for another game of your choice. You may borrow the game again when it becomes available.

Q9. When do you get the latest games?

We get all the latest games as soon as they hit the Indian makret.

Q10. Does GamerDreamz also rent Xbox 360, PSP and Nintendo Wii Games?

We only deal with the renting of PS3 games but we do sell the games of the above mentioned gaming consoles.
