007: Quantum of solace
A good 007 game, it is played entirely from a first person perspective and keeps the action fresh and fast paced. The entire look of the game from Bond’s character to the surrounding environment, is well detailed. Missions like coming out to the car and electrifying your heart back to life, gun play, etc. are really cool and good fun. But these missions are not very long. The multiplayer option is excellent with plenty of Bond theme modes
Transformers: War for Cybertron
The third person shooter game and moving around as a vehicle, especially a jet, is loads of fun. Competitive play has unique classes and plenty of rewards. Escalation provides a clever twist to the standard mode. A clever storyline gives an entertaining aspect to the game and the visuals are excellent. The rewards and perks everytime you shoot a foe are worth playing for. It is totally a fun game.
Dead Space
A horror game set in space. The game is different and unique. The story line is absolutely engrossing. The combat system is very innovative and the visuals and graphics of the game are very impressive. The horrifying monsters and their style of killing by the central character has made the game different from other horror games. You have to play the game for its excellent game play and the graphics.
Virtua Tennis 2009
An easy to play tennis game the core mechanics of the game are well done which lets you easily hit the wall anywhere in the court. The world tour mode is an excellent mode you go on winning matches and ride towards the top rank and this is quite thrilling . Mini games are the best part of the game.
Darksiders
An action adventure game. The combat system is fun fluid and brutal. Lots of puzzles to solve makes this game interesting. Large world to explore gives you an excitring feeling. Visually it is a superb game and manages to take some old ideas and make them feel fresh. You are constantly rewarded with weapons etc. Excellent game to play.
Battlefield: BAD COMPANY
It is the most fun shooter game. It is a fleshed out single player game, that is it feels like as if you are playing alone with only few characters at the helm. There are few graphics and visual shortcomings but these are easily overcome by fantastic map layouts and huge twenty four player multiplayer maps
Need For Speed: SHIFT
A good racing game which has something for everyone and there are rewards for everybody whatever your driving style is. The tracks are excellent and the sense of speed makes it little scary at times. Online mode gives you authentic racing experience and great fun. The selection of cars is excellent. Audio and visual representation is satisfactory. Overall a good game for everyone.
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11
It is the best golf game till date, optional true aim controls, make the game very real and add some mind blowing challenges to the proceedings. Focus system brilliantly limits the use of powerful player aids. The game includes 17 great real world courses. Regardless of the numerous modes and game play options you are in, the games visuals are outstanding. All the pro players are easily recognisable and very well animated. Overall an excellent golf game, do not miss it.
The Chronicles of Riddick : Assault on Dark Athena
This game has a new story driven content as compared to its predecessor. A good action game with fantastic lighting. The new characters are very authentic but the game-play gets a little monotonous. It is an interesting re-release of an amazing game, The Butcher Bay.
Killzone 2
One of the best looking game which gives you a mind blowing gaming experience. The gun combat is intense and keeps you glued to the game. Audio visual presentation and the graphics of the game are very impressive. There are lots of twists in the story which leads to an interesting climax. Weapon selection is superb and the guns used has a Hit Response System, that is each bullet fired has its impact on the game.
